Judge’s Latest Ruling Allows Some NY Gun Restrictions

A federal judge ruled against New York’s effort to address what it considered dangerous holes left after the Supreme Court struck down its licensing requirement in June Jimmy Vielkind reports for the Wall Street Journal. Although U.S. District Judge Glenn T. Suddaby in Syracuse blocked some parts of the New York law, he kept in place restrictions in areas like Times Square or the subway system.
