We're Fashion Editors, and These Are the 33 Gifts Topping Our Holiday Wish Lists

As soon as November hits, our minds (and shopping carts) immediately begin to turn their attention toward gifting. You may think we’re raising this topic a bit early, but as fashion editors, our natural inclination is to always be prepared for the next big shopping moment. We spend our workdays investigating great picks from top retailers, such as Nordstrom and Net-a-Porter, as well on-the-rise indie labels, and as we inch closer to the festivities, we can’t help but stop and create a wish list for ourselves as we go.

My fellow WWW editors and I have spent the year doing thorough research on the best items to shop, so you can expect to find an excellent wish list ahead. Our roundup includes everything from accessories that manage to be both bold and timeless at once to simple basics we’ll be able to wear over and over again. Start scrolling to discover the gifts so good, we’re hoping to receive them ourselves.

"The holiday season is a fantastic time to stock up on cozies. I love the butter color of this sweatsuit. The relaxed leg feels like a fresh update, and I love the seaming details on the pullover." Shop the matching Sweatpants ($100).

"The perfect cotton poplin button-down is hard to find, but I've been obsessed with all my other Caes pieces, so I suspect this one would check all the boxes. Crisp, great cut, and an on-trend yet wearable color."

"You could be wearing the simplest black turtleneck or white tee, and the addition of these earrings would take it to a whole other level."

"A piece I'm eyeing for my growing tennis wardrobe."

"I always welcome pieces from Khaite into my closet, and its jeans are truly special."

"The coolest possible stocking stuffer."

"These would really help me achieve my winter aesthetic goal of teddy bear."

"I've been staring longingly at these Gucci loafers for months now. They're timeless (and beautiful), which makes them a great investment."

"This highly rated sweatshirt has a lot going for it. It's cozy, it has a cool fit, and it's affordable."

Dressing up for a night out can be a real struggle in the winter. This top will have me out the door in seconds and dancing all night.

A bag I can take anywhere and everywhere? Yes, please.

A splash of color is just what my winter wardrobe needs.

Away suitcases are a cult favorite for good reason. I'm already planning a series of 2022 adventures, and this bag will make for the perfect sidekick.

"I've found that having a good pair of slippers makes staying in home life more enjoyable."

"Now that all my money goes to buying trinkets for my apartment, it's truly lovely when someone else does it for me."

"I will never not be happy to receive a cashmere sweater."

"I can't resist a delicious set from Aēsop. The scents in this particular kit are divine. I particularly love the hand wash and balm."

"I'm a sucker for Everlane's range of comfy sweaters. This pick is appealing with the no-sweat feature—ideal to wear under those heavy coats."

"This Saint Laurent messenger is on my dream list. The shape is fresh, and it fits all the essentials."

"Who needs a furry friend when you can have this bag? Top of my wish list for sure."

"I've been obsessed with chunky lug-sole boots, so these cute ones are on my wish list."

"This cutout turtleneck sweater is a need, not a want."

"If all goes as planned, this asymmetric tank will arrive before the holidays so that I can wear it to every single party and event."

"I've been searching for the perfect lightweight coat for what feels like forever, so when I spotted this Saks Potts style at Ssense, I immediately added it to my holiday wish list. Can you blame me?"

"Am I using the holidays to embrace low-rise pants? Yes, but only because I saw these Dion Lee trousers on Jessie Andrews during NYFW and fell in love with them."

"I cannot wait to get my hands on (or rather feet in) these gorgeous slippers by my friend, shoe designer Marina Larroudé. I saw these at Larroudé's holiday press preview and have been dreaming about them ever since. Lavender is my favorite color, and I love how the rhinestone bow makes this springy color festive enough for the holiday season. Plus, after this past year and a half of working from home, I'm definitely due for a house-shoe upgrade."

"Real talk? I live in chunky knit sweaters from November to March and tend to gravitate toward black, gray, and creamy winter whites. The Janelle Button-Up Sweater from the latest Who What Wear Collection drop checks all the boxes, so let's be honest: I'm not waiting for the holidays to unwrap this wardrobe staple. I just bought it for myself."

"I already own one of Staud's beaded Tommy bags, but is one ever truly enough? This moody-themed one is calling my name and would make the perfect gift because I can't imagine this not putting a smile on someone's face."

"Scarf season is here, and I'm ready to have a 'blanket' with me at all times. Not only can you find many affordable options on the market, but they come in such fun colors, which is needed for any dreary winter day."

"After hearing about all the hype around Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk, I've been influenced and am ready to have it in my beauty drawer."

"I think a beautifully classic bag makes a great gift because it will suit basically anyone's taste and is super functional. This bag will never go out of style."

"I think it's a great idea to buy stylish coffee table books that align with your giftee's interests. This is a brand-new Tom Ford tome that every fashion girl will want to get her hands on."

"I'd never be disappointed receiving a cozy gift. This time of year is all about staying comfy and warm, so a fuzzy robe-like cardigan like this is absolutely perfect."
