DC Council Approves Major Justice Reform Bill

Council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a significant overhaul to the District’s criminal code, despite concerns from some ranking officials including U.S Attorney Matt Graves about provisions in the bill that they believe could negatively impact public safety, FOX 5 DC reports.
