A former Mesa, Arizona police officer, Kaylon Hall, has been charged with two counts of endangerment after he allegedly opened fire on a car he pulled over in July of last year, David Baker reports for 3TV/CBS5. The indictment follows an investigation into an incident in which Hall stopped an 18-year-old driver for swerving on the road.

After the officer attempted to remove the driver from the car for unknown reasons, the driver sped off and Hall fired his gun at the vehicle. Mesa police say that the driver was not hurt.
