The company’s CEO Joshua Browder says that their artificially intelligent service listens to court arguments as they are made and suggests responses for the defendant, all from a user’s cell phone. This is the ‘next step’ of the company’s offerings, which has so-far had success in AI templates and chatbots used to dispute fees, lower bills and secure refunds.
