Autopsy Reveals Strange Details In California Lawyer’s Death
Preliminary findings on a second autopsy reportedly also show Elliot Blair suffered 40 skull fractures, a broken toe, and had "road rash" on his knees, suggesting he might have been dragged, despite reassurances from authorities that the death was an accident.
A public defender from California, Elliot Blair, died while on vacation at a Mexican beach resort in January, and while local authorities have claimed it was an accidental fall from a balcony, a recent autopsy conducted by a coroner determined the man died by “aggravated homicide,” Marjorie Hernandez reports for the New York Post. Preliminary findings on a second autopsy reportedly also show Blair suffered 40 skull fractures, a broken toe, and had “road rash” on his knees, suggesting he might have been dragged.
“I know 1,000 percent know he was murdered because none of this adds up,” Williams told the Post. “I know my husband and he would never walk outside our room in his underwear and T-shirt. The only reason he would be outside of our room only in his underwear is if he heard something or someone came to the door.”
