According to a new Marquette Law School poll, national approval of the U.S. Supreme Court rose from 44 percent in November 2020 to 47 percent today, Alison Durkee reports for Forbes. The increase is largely driven by polled Democrats, whose approval rating for the court went from 15 percent in July 2021 to 35 percent today. This marks an improvement over the record low of 38 percent reached in July 2021 but still falls below the markedly higher 60-66 percent approval between September 2020 and July 2021.
