Two Cottonwood County, Minnesota men were charged for defrauding $46 million in an organic grain fraud scheme on Friday. The two allegedly conspired to cheat grain purchasers the millions by selling non-GMO grains falsely labeled as “organic.” The two men have been charged with three counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy.
